Own SaaS budget, forecasting, and license management across Core IT's: enterprise platforms (Atlassian, Google Workspace, Slack, and others as we adopt them), including the app catalog, utilization tracking, the renewal calendar, and cost optimization.
What they're looking for
- Own vendor management for Core IT's SaaS and hardware contracts.
- Own hardware and logistics operations across five regions: inventory forecasting, procurement, multi-region ordering, new hire equipment standards, new office buildout hardware, and the IT hardware budget.
- Manage and develop direct reports, setting priorities across their combined: scope and growing the team's capabilities and impact as the function's mandate expands.
- Partner with Core IT's business systems analysts on requirements, process: design, and systems support wherever their work touches SaaS, vendor, or hardware operations.
