What you'll do
You want to impact the industries that run our world. Your work will have: real-world impact: helping keep the lights on, get food into grocery stores, reduce emissions, and keep workers safe on the job.
You want to lead engineers, not just review their pull requests. You'll set: direction for the team building integrations, automation, and AI-native workflows, and be accountable for what they ship.
You're energized by our opportunity: the vision we have to digitize large sectors of the global economy requires your full focus and best efforts to bring forth creative, ambitious ideas for our customers.
You want to unify a team around a compelling strategy. The opportunities are: clear, and you will help your team get organized, develop agile practices, and deliver outcomes swiftly.
You want colleagues who make you better. You'll work alongside people who: support each other's work, push each other to think more rigorously, and share the credit when something goes well.
Own integrations, automation, and AI-native workflows across Core IT: the orchestration tooling, agentic workflows, and connections between systems that remove manual work company-wide.
What they're looking for
- Build and maintain the automation that serves the other functions inside the: organization, including the service organization, identity, and others, unlocking capacity for our technical teams.
- Evaluate and adopt new automation and AI tooling as it matures, with a point: of view on where it belongs in the organization's systems and where it doesn't yet.
- Manage a team of engineers in the US and India, and grow the team's: capabilities and skills as its mandate expands.
- Set technical direction and a shared roadmap for a team whose work has been: split across more than one reporting line, and unify it under a single engineering strategy, with clearly defined metrics such as engineering capacity, throughput and velocity.
