What they're looking for
- Help organize recurring business rhythms, project milestones, operational: priorities, and readiness activities tied to office openings, moves, or workplace changes.
- Draft clear internal communications, updates, FAQs, and guidance materials: that help partners understand available transportation programs, processes, and tools.
- Improve internal processes that help the team stay organized, responsive, and: able to support a smooth employee transportation experience as the company grows.
- Have 4+ years of experience in business operations, workplace operations,: program coordination, employee experience, or similar roles.
