- Experience partnering with senior executives on high volume searches in sales: organizations, such as Enterprise Account Executives
- Ability to build a talent strategy alongside your hiring managers, while: delivering an exceptional candidate experience
- Excellent communication, in all formats and ability to adapt communication style based upon audience
- This role will focus on recruiting in Latin America, written and spoken: fluency in Portuguese and English is required
