What you'll do
Drive end-to-end delivery of technical projects from conception through launch
Configure and customize business systems to meet specific organizational: needs, including user permissions, workflows, and integrations
Manage technical vendor evaluation for business applications, including: contract negotiations, service level agreements, and ongoing vendor performance assessment
Create and maintain comprehensive system documentation, including process: flows, user guides, configuration specifications, and technical documentation
Lead knowledge management initiatives to ensure institutional knowledge is: captured, organized, and accessible to all team members
Own technical risk assessment and mitigation strategies
