What you'll do
Process a high volume of check deposits efficiently, and in line with: internal policies and regulatory requirements.
Monitor and manage daily transaction queues to meet strict deadlines and: service-level expectations, researching and resolving discrepancies and inquiries from initial intake to final resolution.
Serve as a primary contact for advisors, their staff, and clients across: phone, email, and internal systems, providing clear updates and a seamless, professional experience.
Partner with our clearing firm and internal teams (Operations, Compliance,: Technology, Advisor Services) to facilitate transactions, resolve issues, and support collaborative projects across these departments.
Contribute to continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to enhance: efficiency, accuracy, and client experience within cashiering operations.
