What you'll do
Review a high volume of money movement requests efficiently, and in line with: internal policies and regulatory requirements.
Monitor and manage daily transaction queues to meet strict deadlines and: service-level expectations, researching and resolving discrepancies and inquiries from initial intake to final resolution.
Safeguard the firm by enforcing AML and OFAC requirements and reviewing transactions for adherence to SOPs.
Partner with our clearing firm and internal teams (Operations, Compliance,: Technology, Advisor Services) to facilitate transactions, resolve issues, and support collaborative projects across these departments.
Contribute to continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to enhance: efficiency, accuracy, and client experience within cashiering operations.
