What you'll do
Manage daily operations for an expanding international and domestic: contracted physical security officer and emergency response force
Draft, review, and put into effect policies for the safety and protection of our global operations
Develop, implement, and be responsible for formal training programs for: security officer roles including, standard operating procedures, incident response protocols, communication plans, etc.
Work closely with team members across different areas to set up security: protocols for domestic and international office expansions
Display unwavering dedication to upholding the highest ethical standards,: demonstrating a track record in managing highly confidential and sensitive information
Develop and implement an event security program for large international: marketing events/product launches and also manage internal employee events. Develop event security plan frameworks alongside key partners.
What they're looking for
- Be responsible for facility risk assessments and propose key risk-management actions
- Coordinate efforts with cross-functional partners on projects including the response to security concerns
- Participate as a key member of the Crisis Management Program supporting: incident response plans, emergency action plans, and more
- Deliver core security solutions, alternatives and recommendations in support of Executives
