What you'll do
Lead the smart buildings design and implementation of automated test scripts: and standardized workflows for EV charging features, from initial development through utility energization and final customer activation.
Act as the primary technical lead ensuring seamless integration between: vehicle mechatronic embedded controls, charging hardware, and cloud-based mobile applications.
Define and enforce rigorous quality standards and testing strategies,: integrating automated test suites into CI/CD pipelines to ensure continuous delivery of high-quality charging infrastructure.Define and enforce rigorous quality standards and testing strategies, integrating automated test suites into CI/CD pipelines to ensure continuous delivery of high-quality charging infrastructure.
Identify process inefficiencies and lead implementation of automation: virtualization opportunities to reduce manual testing and streamline commissioning activities.
Collaborate with product managers, developers, and feature owners while: managing external commissioning vendors to ensure all site technical requirements are met.
Adhere to and enforce all safety precautions, particularly regarding: high-voltage systems and on-vehicle testing, treating safety as the top priority.
What they're looking for
- Guide others in best practices, frameworks, and troubleshooting methodologies: for complex electrification systems.
- A Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Computer: Engineering, Business, or a related technical field.
- + years of relevant experience with automation/scripting, specifically with: high proficiency in Python and experience with frameworks like Autobot or similar.
- Extensive technical experience with electrification features, EV charging: infrastructure deployment, and the commissioning lifecycle.
