What you'll do
Oversee daily operation and maintenance of all building systems, including: mechanical, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and central plant equipment.
Manage preventive maintenance programs to maximize equipment lifespan and minimize downtime.
Conducts quality reviews of work performed.
Ensure proper documentation of maintenance activities, inspections, and repairs.
Ensure all maintenance activities comply with local, state, and federal regulations.
Coordinate inspections, testing, and certifications for building systems and equipment.
What they're looking for
- Supervise, train, and evaluate maintenance personnel across HVAC, plumbing,: electrical, general maintenance, and central plant operations.
- Develop staffing schedules, assign work orders, and ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Organizes workflow to ensure a clear understanding of delegated tasks by employees.
- Monitors employee productivity and provides constructive feedback and coaching.
