What you'll do
Serve as the subject matter expert at the intersection of clinical oncology: and genomics for Flatiron’s product development teams.
Interpret complex genomic test results and translate clinical workflows into actionable product requirements.
Advise on the integration of molecular diagnostics and precision medicine: into Flatiron’s software solutions, ensuring products reflect real-world clinical needs and best practices.
Review and validate product features related to genomic data capture,: interpretation, and clinical decision support.
Assess the quality of product output to ensure clinical validity and accuracy: prior to these features being in the hands of our point of care customers.
Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Clinical teams to inform and test: enhancements to clinical workflows in OncoEMR and other Flatiron products.
What they're looking for
- Represent the voice of providers in product discovery, scoping, development, rollout, and maintenance phases.
- Develop and deliver educational resources (e.g., guides, presentations,: webinars) to help practices utilize point of care genomic testing recommendations, orders, and results in support of personalized patient care.
- Serve as a resource for Flatiron colleagues, providing clear explanations of: genomic concepts and their impact on product design, user experience, and patient impact.
- Partner with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment between clinical: workflows, product features, and business objectives.
