What you'll do
Responsible for setting up, operating multi-axis CNC machines (mills and: lathes) up to and including 5 Axis mills and 6 axis lathes
Responsible for all types of drilling, tapping and milling and turning
Completing machining operations from blueprints, drawings and/or verbal instructions
Responsible for machining complex, tight tolerances parts and various materials
Material prep, deburring parts, hauling chips, oiling machines, sweeping up: and initiating or assisting in organizational tasks
High school diploma or equivalency certificate
What they're looking for
- + years of experience in the setup and operation of CNC machines
- G-code experience
- Experience with GD&T or interpreting blueprints/manufacturing drawings
- Short run, prototype, non-production machining experience
