The opportunity

What you'll do
Engage directly with utilities, developers, OEMs, and EPC contractors to: draft, negotiate, and close transactions.
Shape standard-setting complex terms for our technology: warranties, performance guarantees, commissioning obligations, and more.
Partner with Commercial, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Engineering,: Procurement, Operations, and Finance. You will be an active member in their workstreams and a critical piece to advance business objectives.
Build templates, playbooks, and intake processes so agreement one hundred moves faster than agreement ten.
Call the risk. Own routine matters outright; escalate the ones with outsized exposure.
J.D. from an accredited law school and active membership in the California State Bar.
What they're looking for
- + years of legal experience drafting and negotiating commercial agreements,: with a track record of running deals to signature yourself.
- Fluency in commercial risk allocation. You know which indemnity fights are worth having and which are theater.
- Judgment to move fast without being reckless, and to slow down when it deserves it.
- Writing and speaking clear enough that a supply chain manager understands your advice the first time.
