What you'll do
Implement AI-powered solutions to streamline contract review and redlining processes
Manage integrations between existing legal systems and AI tools
Develop automated self-service solutions for high-volume, low-touch: contracting processes, including FAQ chatbots and guided workflows
Create AI-based tools for handling commercial contract diligence requests
Optimize contract management platforms with AI capabilities
Create and manage comprehensive program plans, including timelines, budgets,: and resource allocation, to guide project execution
What they're looking for
- At least 5 years of relevant experience in legal operations, legal: technology, or technical roles supporting legal teams
- Technical aptitude with system integration knowledge
- Familiarity with common LLM frameworks and tools or a background in machine learning or data science
- Excellent verbal and written communication, analytical, collaboration, and interpersonal skills
- Proven project management skills, including the ability to prioritize tasks,: meet deadlines, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and deliver quality results
- Collaborative team player mindset with genuine interest in technology: development and AI, thriving in fast-paced environments
