What you'll do
Support policy engagement with the EU Commission, Parliament, relevant: agencies and public sector partners on issues related to government policy and regulatory implications for frontier labs
Engage key policy stakeholders (e.g., via briefings, consultations, demos,: roundtables), in coordination with the wider EMEA policy team
Analyze policy proposals and map the EU policy landscape to inform Anthropic's positions
Draft submissions for public comment and consultations
Plan events and build strategic campaigns that amplify Anthropic's policy presence
Cultivate relationships with key policy and political partners across the EU AI policy ecosystem
What they're looking for
- At least 5 years of professional experience working on EU digital policy
- Experience within the EU institutions or the Brussels policy ecosystem
- Experience drafting and executing complex policy campaigns that move the needle on legislative action
- A clear interest in how EU AI and data policy can translate into wider global: standards on AI safety and security
