- Strategic Experience: Minimum 4 years of work experience, with at least 2 years specifically in project management or commercial strategy roles.
- Analytical Prowess: Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and a track record of using data to drive commercial outcomes. Experience with Looker is a strong plus.
- Commercial Mindset: A pragmatic problem-solver who can navigate ambiguity and prioritise effectively in a high-growth environment.
- Effective Communicator: Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders and coordinate complex teams.
