Your Role Factor_, a HelloFresh brand, is looking for a Commercialization Chef (all genders)! Join our newest brand, Factor , and help bring chef-crafted, ready-to-heat meals from concept to customers' tables.

What they're looking for

• Collaborate with Kitchen Operations, Sous Chefs, and Executive Sous Chefs to: improve product quality, production efficiency, and operational performance.
• Ensure all recipes meet quality standards, specifications, and production: requirements before launch, supporting successful new product introductions.
• Evaluate production equipment and workflows by conducting capacity studies,: recommending new equipment where appropriate, and identifying opportunities to standardize processes and increase efficiency.
• Monitor production performance and investigate quality issues, identifying: root causes and implementing corrective actions to improve customer outcomes.
