What you'll do
Lead enterprise communications for Replit, including product, partner,: customer, vertical, executive, and competitive narratives.
Build and evolve the messaging for Replit with the enterprise, with a focus: on AI-powered software creation, secure adoption, governance, productivity, and business impact.
Develop communications programs around enterprise momentum, including: customer adoption, partner announcements, use cases, and market proof points.
Build relationships with enterprise technology, business, AI, software, developer, and industry reporters.
Create compelling customer stories that show how companies are using Replit
Partner closely with sales and marketing to support enterprise campaigns,: launches, events, customer references, and field narratives.
What they're looking for
- to 15+ years of communications experience, ideally in B2B technology, SaaS,: AI, developer tools, enterprise software, cloud, security, or productivity platforms.
- Experience across multiple enterprise communications disciplines, including: product, partner, customer, vertical, analyst, and executive communications.
- Experience communicating to both technical and non-technical enterprise audiences.
- Existing relationships with top enterprise technology, business, AI, software, and industry reporters.
- Experience supporting sales-led or partner-led enterprise growth.
- Experience creating customer storytelling programs that connect product usage to measurable business outcomes.
- Familiarity with the enterprise buyer journey, including security reviews,: governance, procurement, compliance, productivity, and ROI.
- A sharp eye for where a company can earn attention, not just ask for it.
