What you'll do
Partner with hiring managers and business leaders to understand hiring needs,: organizational priorities, and workforce planning objectives.
Develop and execute innovative sourcing and recruiting strategies to attract: diverse, high-caliber talent across corporate and G&A functions.
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including intake meetings, sourcing,: screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding support.
Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future business needs.
Leverage networking, market intelligence, referrals, and recruiting tools to: identify and engage passive and active candidates.
Assess candidates against role requirements, competencies, and organizational: values through structured interviews and evaluation processes.

- Serve as a trusted advisor to hiring teams by providing talent market: insights, compensation guidance, and recommendations that support informed hiring decisions.
- Deliver an exceptional candidate experience that reflects Lucid's culture and employer brand.
- Collaborate closely with HR Business Partners, Compensation, Talent: Acquisition peers, and business stakeholders throughout the hiring process.
- Ensure accurate candidate data management and compliance within the applicant tracking system.
