The opportunity

Coursera and Udemy are now one company, bringing together two mission-driven brands to create the world’s most powerful platform for turning learning into progress. Together, we help more than 300 million learners and 12,000+ enterprise customers build the skills they need for a world being reshaped by AI.

  • Systems Thinking: You see workflows end-to-end, not just in pieces. You'll design and refine the processes — from intake to final delivery — that keep creative work moving smoothly across internal teams and external agency partners.

  • Resourcefulness: You know how to make the most of limited capacity, balancing internal bandwidth against agency support to keep projects on track without sacrificing quality or blowing the budget.

  • Data-Driven Communication: You translate operational detail and performance metrics into clear, compelling updates — whether you're briefing a creative team or reporting up to senior leadership.

  • Workflow Architecture: Design, implement, and audit end-to-end creative workflows—from unified intake and brief grooming to final delivery—ensuring streamlined handoffs between marketing, product, and creative teams.

  • Program/Project Leadership: Lead complex, cross-functional creative initiatives from intake through delivery, driving timelines, dependency management, stakeholder alignment, risk mitigation, and launch readiness across marketing, product, and external partners.
