What you'll do
Build full stack solutions across Stripe's ecosystem, including back end: services, dashboard interfaces, money movement systems, and integrations with other Stripe primitives
Partner deeply with product management and design to ship high impact: features that increase user autonomy and reduce friction.
Apply strong analytical skills to dive into data, test hypotheses, and make: informed trade-offs. Set success metrics for the team to ensure solutions are enterprise-grade and quickly meet Stripe’s reliability SLOs.
Collaborate cross-functionally across Stripe’s broader platform and product: teams to integrate agentic commerce capabilities seamlessly.
Engage directly with users (particularly large enterprises) to understand: their business needs and translate requirements into novel product shapes.

- Strong written and verbal communication skills, structuring ambiguous: concepts clearly and from first principles
- Thrive in a collaborative environment involving different functions, stakeholders, and subject matter experts
- Deep empathy for users balancing autonomy and guidance in digital commerce experiences.
