What you'll do
Supporting the sourcing, onboarding and day-to-day management of Credit: Reference Agencies and external-data suppliers across consumer and commercial data
Maintaining Monzo's single source of truth on what bureau (borrowing) data: and products we hold, what we're contracted for, and how each is used
Tracking and reconciling spend against supplier volumes and budgets, and: surfacing cost-optimisation opportunities
Coordinating supplier onboarding steps with Legal, Data Protection, Security and Procurement
Helping test and evaluate new CRA and alternative-data products, and writing: up findings for the squad to evaluate further
Owning end-to-end one or more supplier relationships or EU workstreams (e.g.: Open Banking scoring, a market's bureau stack), and deputising for the Credit Bureau Relationship Manager
What they're looking for
- Leading discrete procurement/contract-lifecycle activities and shaping supplier strategy in your area
- You're highly organised and thrive on keeping many moving parts in order i.e: tracking actions, deadlines and follow-ups so nothing slips
- You're a clear, confident communicator, comfortable coordinating with suppliers and internal teams
- You have a sharp eye for detail across invoices, contracts, trackers and records stay accurate in your hands
