What you'll do
Execute a variety of credit structures, from credit agreements to control agreements.
Develop new credit structures, agreements, and documentation as the loan portfolio mix changes.
Take a solutions-based approach to originating solutions to client needs and: drive revenue growth in diverse market conditions
Negotiate, prepare, and close all legal contracts within the lending business.
Collaborate cross-functionally to qualify and structure credit opportunities to scale our lending business.
Move and track collateral across multiple venues and business lines in order: to optimize utilization, yield and funding
What they're looking for
- Create detailed memos and runbooks on operationalization of current as well: future funding facilities across CeFi and DeFi
- Originate and manage key external funding partner relationships
- Regularly analyze risks levels and market trends to identify areas of optimization and lead improvements
- + years of experience in credit trading and/or financial products: structuring. Experience at a tier 1 investment bank strongly preferred.
