What you'll do
Be comfortable completing Belgium Customs declarations to a high standard
Help to onboard new customers & build operational SOPs.
Develop operational processes, see a problem, and fix it
Work with the sales teams to provide high-level guidance on all things customs to prospecting clients.
Help onboard and mentor new hires
Think outside the box and find new ways of working that challenge the norm.
What they're looking for
- Lead client discussion on high-level customs topic discussions around classification, origin, and valuation.
- Help build customs SOPs
- Customer-focused: Provide high-level customer service to our customers and work with various stakeholders across different industries.
- Work in a team of customs professionals and help drive a team environment
