The opportunity

The Product Lifecycle Operations team acts as the connective tissue between business priorities and product delivery, aligning the outputs of Finance, Growth, Supply Chain, Engineering, Manufacturing, Deployments, and Sustainment to paint a comprehensive picture of product…

What you'll do

  • Own the technical roadmap from conception through delivery to sustainment.: Architect and drive the completion of the roadmap that connects core enterprise systems (ERP, PLM, MES, etc.) with tactical collaboration tools (Jira, Airtable, etc.) to provide a cohesive single source of truth. From ideation through adoption, incorporate feedback from end users and evolving requirements. Serve as a key thought partner to other leads across the team on data unlocks and systematic improvements that would future-proof and scale current processes.

  • Partner cross-functionally to deeply understand tools, taxonomies, and: ontologies. Build relationships with Corporate Planning & Operations, Revenue Operations, Corporate Technology, and Data Engineering & Platform teams to deeply understand tools, taxonomies, and ontologies. Collaborate cross-functionally to develop applications that create coherence across the tech stack.

  • Build custom dashboards and analytical tools. Design, construct, validate,: and roll out tailored dashboards for divisional product teams and senior leadership. Leverage each divisional product team’s existing business rhythm and data sources to build solutions that address their pain points while sustaining their best practices.

  • Leverage both technical and operational data to drive business outcomes.: Transform raw data into actionable insights for product teams and executive leadership alike. Pull together disparate data streams across Growth, Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and more to drive measurable outcomes for product maturity, operational velocity, and revenue realization.

  • Create and iterate on solutions that last. Start by being scrappy to deliver: quickly, collect stakeholder feedback across multiple cycles, then formalize and optimize over time. Facilitate documentation and knowledge transfer so architecture decisions, dependencies, and assumptions remain accessible and durable.

What they're looking for

  • Experience connecting data across business, engineering, and manufacturing: environments (CRM, ERP, PLM, MES, etc).
  • Experience building end-to-end data pipelines, ontologies, and applications in Palantir Foundry or Databricks.
