The opportunity
As a Delivery Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth and efficient execution of day-to-day home delivery operations across multiple Delivery Service Partners (DSPs).
What you'll do
Oversee daily delivery operations, ensuring all routes are efficiently covered by DSPs.
Monitor live delivery systems and proactively address operational challenges in real time.
Review EPOD images and performance data to ensure service quality consistently meets customer expectations.
Escalate unresolved or critical issues to the relevant DSPs or internal management teams.
Identify recurring operational challenges, analyse root causes, and implement effective solutions.
Use data analysis tools such as Excel and SQL to identify trends, detect: errors, and uncover opportunities for improvement.
