What you'll do
Oversee the operational process for new customer briefs submitted by GTM to: Deal Desk; ensure required information and proper routing for approval.
Coordinate the transition from commercial approval to the Engineering Program: Manager for delivery team assignment.
Track opportunities through pre-delivery stages, identifying actions, blockers, and missing information.
Ensure clear, timely handoffs between GTM, Deal Desk, and EPM.
Maintain accurate, timely data from the Deal Desk process; keep Salesforce: and Mission Control updated with customer, opportunity, commercial, and delivery details.
Establish standards for data entry, documentation, and operational hygiene.
What they're looking for
- Develop and maintain reporting on Deal Desk volume, pipeline progression,: approvals, delivery assignments, and operational metrics.
- Identify process trends, bottlenecks, and gaps; recommend efficiency improvements.
- Develop and maintain process documentation, workflows, and operational playbooks.
- Help establish clear ownership, SLAs, and operating standards across the workflow.
