What you'll do

• Company-Wide Coordination: Serve as the primary SME for all deployment requirements including credentialing, authorizations, security clearances, contract stipulations, regulatory standards, and international travel policies

• External Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain relationships with government agencies, military organizations, and external contractors to align administrative strategies and ensure deployment readiness

• New Hire Integration: Coordinate deployment readiness briefings for new hires, ensuring they understand requirements and processes before first deployment

• Compliance Oversight: Ensure all deployers meet federal, DoD, contract, and international travel requirements with meticulous attention to detail

• Program Development: Develop and manage comprehensive predeployment readiness program ensuring training, clearances, documentation, and medical readiness are consistently met across the organization

• Medical Readiness Coordination: Manage medical readiness program, coordinating with vendors, scheduling appointments, and ensuring all deployers have necessary medical documentation and clearances

What they're looking for

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field
• Experience with deployment coordination systems and DoD deployment administration
• Familiarity with data integration platforms or similar enterprise tools
• Prior experience in defense contracting or government program support roles
• Knowledge of international travel regulations, visa requirements, and customs processes
• Experience coordinating with government agencies (DoD, State Department) and external contractors
• Project management certification (PMP, CAPM) or equivalent experience
