What you'll do
Support in the creation of female knit products
Initiate designs beginning with thorough research and inspirational images
Work closely with other members of the design team to develop cohesive seasonal product
Hand sketch initial ideas, and computer sketch final ideas
Creation of technical packages
Communicate and collaborate with Raw Materials, Tech teams, and Production: teams to ensure optimal product development
What they're looking for
- Collaborate with Merchandising partners to build a seasonal knowledge of: strong successful and ownable Everlane designs and apply this knowledge when designing future products to drive the business forward
- Assist with the preparation of presentations for milestone meetings
- + years of experience in a similar role
- Technical knowledge of knits construction
