What you'll do
Build tooling, extensions, and plugins that improve the developer experience: on Runpod, and instrument them so the impact is measurable. Success means shipped tools with real adoption that reduce friction and drive downstream product usage.
Deliver talks at developer and AI developer conferences, and build: relationships with organizers and attendees.
Spend time building as our users build, and surface any pain points and bugs you encounter along the way.
Design and run programs that scale our core pillars: content, events, and community, so impact compounds over time. Success means repeatable, durable systems rather than one-off efforts.
Show up consistently where developers are, build genuine relationships, and: surface insights to Product and other relevant teams. Success means deep community presence that generates inbound interest and shapes product direction.
Experience writing code in Python, JavaScript, or Go
What they're looking for
- Experience as a software engineer
- Technically credible, able to build and demo real things on the platform and: hold a deep technical conversation without a script.
- Experience creating technical content such as demos, docs, tutorials, or: sample apps — for a developer audience
- Track record of building integrations or contributing to open-source projects: within an ecosystem (ML/AI frameworks, SDKs, tooling)
