Anthropic is looking for a Recruiter to partner with our Communications team. This team tells Anthropic's story across corporate, product, executive, and internal communications.
What you'll do
Have 10+ years of full-lifecycle recruiting experience, with a track record: of closing senior, hard-to-fill roles
Have a passion for AI's potential to positively impact the world, and a: realistic view of its risks and limitations
Have recruited for communications, PR or adjacent roles, and understand what great looks like in that craft
Know how to find and engage candidates who are passive through a variety of creative channels
Build trust with senior leaders, and have the confidence to push back with data
Write clearly and pay close attention to detail, because candidates and comms leaders will notice both
