What you'll do
Partner with Quality Systems Subject Matter Experts for insight and actions: to understand the functional design and expectations for the digital QMS.
Work alongside Quality Engineers to operationalize their system parameter: updates and ensure they are flawlessly executed in the MES
Investigate and resolve production and quality system issues that originate: from gaps or errors in the various applications supporting the digital QMS.
Partner with Quality Engineers to audit, align, and correct data attributes: within ERP, PLM, and MES to ensure production alignment and execution.
Reconcile inventory transactions associated with non-conformances and: variances in the digital transactions associated with quality.
Identify digital anomalies affecting product quality, analyze the root cause,: and implement immediate systemic corrections.
What they're looking for
- Create trouble shooting guides for users to resolve future issues.
- Support User Acceptance testing for new solutions, fixes, and work-arounds.
- Ensure data collection and entry is accurate and complete for the MRB, IQC,: non-conformance, containments, inventory transactions & process through auditing.
- Communicate the process performance and quality system issues to key stakeholders to drive improvements
