What you'll do

  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive L&D strategy aligned with the quality: organization's goals, regulatory requirements, and business objectives. Conduct training needs assessments across quality teams to identify skill gaps and emerging development priorities tied to program milestones and audit findings.

  • Facilitate learning programs, workshops, planning sessions as needed.

  • Keep management informed of Learning and Development activities, priorities, risks, and outcomes.

  • Manage multiple projects and initiatives through planning, implementation,: monitoring, evaluation, and closure.

  • Support change-management initiatives associated with the quality management: systems, digital tools, employee onboarding and team development.

  • Ensure learning programs remain aligned with evolving QMS, regulatory, and technical.
