- Pair a top-tier strategy foundation (management consulting, private equity,: or investing) with operating experience at a high-growth software company (Product, Growth, Strategy & Ops, or BizOps) or a top-tier PE/VC firm
- Have a track record of taking ambiguous, company-defining problems from zero structure to executive decision
- Communicate with exec-level clarity and influence senior leaders without authority
- Reason fluently about a P&L and a business model: strong business and financial instincts
