What you'll do
Lead and Scale the Team: Mentor, inspire, and grow a world-class engineering organization in Bangalore, directly managing engineering managers and senior individual contributors while fostering a high-performance culture.
Drive Integration Strategy: Own the technical roadmap and execution for Okta’s integrations across a massive gamut of applications—spanning traditional Enterprise systems, SaaS, On-prem infrastructure, Active Directory (AD), Azure, and next-generation AI agents.
Advance Modern Infra & Governance: Drive the development, rollout, and governance of the official Okta MCP (Model Context Protocol) Server. Streamline and enable partner integrations through robust Terraform Provider enhancements.
Champion Product & Engineering Synergy: Partner closely with Product Management and Architecture to translate an ambitious ecosystem vision into a secure, robust, and scalable reality.
Elevate Customer Security: Ensure all built integrations adhere to the highest industry security standards, protecting millions of users and thousands of global enterprises.
Engage the Community: Act as a key stakeholder and advocate within our vibrant developer and partner ecosystem, gathering feedback to continuously iterate on our integration frameworks.
