What you'll do
Lead, recruit, and mentor multiple teams of engineers, architects and: engineering managers, fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, and psychological safety.
Partner closely with senior leaders in Product Management and Design to: define a compelling product vision and execute a multi-year roadmap.
Own and manage the operational rhythm of your organization, establishing: metrics and processes to ensure engineering excellence and predictable delivery.
Represent your teams and strategy in senior leadership forums and: company-wide reviews, translating technical progress into data-driven narratives.
Partner with finance teams to manage budget cycles and control costs for your groups.
Build strong relationships with other engineering leaders and stakeholders: across the organization to ensure alignment and drive complex, cross-functional projects to completion.
What they're looking for
- Driving strategic adoption of AI tooling and automation within engineering: processes to unlock velocity improvements
- + years of experience in software development, with a proven track record of: leading high-performing engineering organizations, including experience managing other managers.
- Experience with public cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP) and container: orchestration technologies like Kubernetes is highly desirable.
- Demonstrated success in collaborating with product and design counterparts to: build and execute a long-term, customer-focused roadmap.
