What you'll do
Develop and execute a multi-year facilities roadmap aligned to Crusoe's data: center expansion and manufacturing scale-up plans
Manage a geographically distributed portfolio of sites including hyperscale: campuses, manufacturing facilities, and corporate offices
Lead site selection due diligence, space planning, and build-out oversight: for new facilities in partnership with Real Estate and Construction
Set and enforce uptime, maintenance, and service-level standards across all Crusoe-operated facilities
Own critical systems management including power distribution, cooling: (HVAC/liquid cooling), UPS, generators, fire suppression, and building management systems (BMS)
Drive preventive and predictive maintenance programs that minimize unplanned: downtime at mission-critical sites
What they're looking for
- Partner with Crusoe's energy team to integrate on-site generation assets: (natural gas, battery storage, renewable sources) into facilities operations
- Track and report on energy consumption, PUE, and sustainability KPIs across: the portfolio; identify efficiency improvements
- Support Crusoe's ESG commitments and contribute to ongoing ESG reporting
- Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing facilities team including regional: managers, site leads, and contracted services
