Anduril is looking for a Director of Facilities to lead facilities management for Arsenal-1, our manufacturing campus outside Columbus, Ohio. The site spans roughly 1.
What you'll do
Own day-to-day facilities management of the Arsenal-1 campus: building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, compressed air, life safety), janitorial, grounds, and utilities — ensuring a seamless experience for employees and visitors.
Manage direct reports responsible for workplace services, facility operations, and construction projects.
Long-term planning: Develop and implement plans to support the campus's growth from 1.5 million to more than 5 million square feet, including phased construction, infrastructure capacity, and space programming.
Demonstrate exceptional proficiency in Slack communication, skillfully: managing channels, promptly responding to messages, and effectively using the platform to enhance team collaboration and productivity.
Regularly assess the performance of the facilities department and make decisions for improvement.
Lead facility-related projects, including renovations, expansions, and new: construction, from conception to completion.
