What you'll do
Review, analyze, and own all matters related to delivering measurable cost: savings and containment to both the customer and Uber Freight.
Oversee the operational strategy and ensure flawless execution.
Retain ownership of customer service goals and conduct business reviews: (creation, development, and presentation).
Understand and apply all aspects of customer contracts to maximize ROI over the lifecycle of the partnership.
Actively participate in new account reviews and assist the team in preparing for customer-facing meetings.
Partner with stakeholders to standardize onboarding processes, including: systems applications, SOPs, and account governance.
