What you'll do
Build an integrated, resilient supply chain that supports product development, production ramp,
sustained manufacturing, customer delivery, supplier quality, inventory performance, and total cost of
Build the integrated plan for standing up the function: phased by production milestone, with entry and
exit criteria, named owners, and hard dates. Work backward from production start and each rate step
to define required readiness in people, process, systems, supplier qualification, and inventory position.
Develop and establish demand and S&OP process/governance.
What they're looking for
- MBA or relevant Master's Degree; CPIM, CSCP, or CPSM Certification.
- Experience leading supply chain in a high-growth hardware, aerospace, or defense environment.
- Experience scaling from low-rate to high-rate production, including capacity and footprint planning.
- Track record of standing up or rebuilding a supply chain function and its: supporting systems from the ground up.
- Experience with a multi-product portfolio with shared supply and constrained long-lead materials.
- Familiarity with defense program environments and contract-driven delivery commitments.
