The opportunity
Factor_ a brand of HelloFresh is seeking a dedicated Dispatch Specialist to join our growing team! As the Dispatcher you are directly responsible for overseeing and assisting in the daily delivery of our freight hauling.
What you'll do
Overseeing all our drivers from load-out beginning the start of the shift
Planning routes with our system
Respond to calls from drivers on their routes who need support
Communicate with various members of the distribution center team members, facilitating pickups and deliveries
Staff the routes and assign routes to drivers daily
Manage driver gas cards, driver tools, etc
What they're looking for
- Schedule maintenance services, roadside service calls, etc
- Occasionally load/unload product
- Weekend work is required
- Any other tasks as assigned by management
