What you'll do
Lead various strategic initiatives and special projects, as directed by the: Division Chief Engineer and the Head of Division Operations, to establish scalable operations and forward progress across a portfolio of engineering initiatives
You will act as the connective tissue: supporting design, development, and implementation of new processes, strategy, projects, and execution plans — across complex initiatives with multiple stakeholders and often ‘gray area’ scope
Coordinate and prepare for leadership meetings, including setting agendas,: tracking action items, and ensuring follow-through
Support internal team operations like new employee onboarding, all hands,: internal business reviews, and other events so that we rapidly ramp new employees and maintain a culture of “doing things differently”
Support our corporate planning cycle by helping to build out and monitor: performance against goals, financial plans, and headcount plans so we can hit our aggressive growth targets
Establish the operating model and battle rhythm for a rapidly growing the: team with an emphasis on cross-division coordination and repeatable execution patterns
What they're looking for
- Typically 5+ years of experience and a Bachelor's degree or equivalent: education/work experience. Brings solid, hands-on expertise in the field and can operate independently on a wide range of responsibilities.
