What you'll do
Ensure the security and accountability of materials and goods to and from: local business partners (within 120-mile radius) performing work for Rocket Lab
Ensure materials are available to meet production schedules and/or products: are shipped as per sales/marketing schedules
Establish and modify operational methods and procedures as necessary/
Perform the physical or administrative tasks involved in the distributing of: materials, parts, supplies, and equipment to local business partners as well as all Rocket Lab sites
Lift heavy items and operate a forklift (once certified)
Safely deliver and pick up material to and from local business partners and deliver to end users
What they're looking for
- Handle hazardous material in accordance with company procedures
- Ensure traceability of all material and goods being transported through the: use of ERP system and handheld devices
- Driving material and goods between business partners and Rocket Lab owned warehouses locally
- Tracking material and goods within Rocket Lab tracking system as they travel
