What you'll do
Identify, evaluate, and drive the onboarding of high-quality TradFi / RWA assets into Binance Earn
Research proven wealth management and investment product structures in: traditional finance, and redesign them in a crypto-native way for Earn users
Work closely with Product, BD, Legal, Compliance, Risk, and Operations teams: to assess product feasibility, operational readiness, and go-to-market execution
Translate traditional financial product mechanisms into scalable Earn product: concepts, with strong focus on user value, product design, and operational efficiency
Analyze market trends, user demand, and competitor offerings across TradFi,: RWA, and crypto wealth products to identify new product opportunities
Support end-to-end product operations, including product launch,: optimization, performance tracking, and lifecycle management
What they're looking for
- + years of experience in product operations, product strategy, investment: product, or wealth management-related roles
- Strong understanding of product design, product operations, and product lifecycle management
- Deep knowledge of funds, ETFs, and structured products, including but not limited to:
- MMFs,Mutual Funds,ETFs, including leveraged ETFs,Structured Products, such as: PPN, FCN, and Covered Call strategies, Structured tranche / leveraged fund products
- Strong TradFi background from asset management, wealth management, brokerage,: banking, or other financial institutions
- Ability to identify strong financial product mechanisms and translate them: into practical, user-friendly, and scalable Earn products
- Strong analytical thinking and ability to connect product ideas with business impact and operational execution
- Excellent cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management skills
