What you'll do

  • Own the vision, product strategy, roadmap, and success metrics for a: portfolio of strategic apps, making and communicating clear trade-offs amid significant ambiguity.

  • Identify, prioritize, and validate the highest-value user problems and: integration opportunities through direct user research, ecosystem analysis, and quantitative evidence.

  • Lead cross-functional teams across Engineering, Design, Data Science,: Finance, Sales, User Support, Marketing, Partner Management, and other product teams to deliver and evolve integrations end to end.

  • Partner with Engineering to define product requirements, technical approach,: and quality standards for integrations, including APIs, documentation, edge cases, reliability, security, compliance, and ongoing maintenance.

  • Establish feedback loops and measurement plans before launch; use product,: business, and user metrics to assess efficacy, diagnose changes in performance, and continuously improve adoption, retention, and revenue outcomes.

  • Represent Stripe’s product strategy with strategic technology partners and: enterprise users, building productive relationships with product and technical counterparts and incorporating their feedback into roadmap decisions.

What they're looking for

  • + years of relevant product-management, engineering, or equivalent: experience, including ownership of a high-quality product or feature area at scale or a major evolution of an existing product.
  • Experience setting product strategy and driving execution across multiple: cross-functional teams or a complex product area, from ambiguous problem definition through launch and iteration.
  • Demonstrated ability to use qualitative and quantitative evidence to define: success metrics, evaluate product performance, and make prioritization decisions.
  • Strong technical judgment and fluency working with engineers on API-based: products, integrations, technical constraints, and product quality.
  • Experience engaging directly with enterprise users and external technology: partners, and translating their needs into clear product decisions.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a track record of: influencing senior stakeholders and leading through organizational boundaries.
  • Experience with enterprise business systems and workflows, such as CRM, ERP,: quote-to-cash, support, or reporting platforms; familiarity with Salesforce, Oracle, SAP, or Microsoft Dynamics is a plus.
  • Experience building or scaling platform, ecosystem, marketplace, or partner-integrated products.
