The opportunity
Job Title: Electrical Design Engineer Intern (Spring 2027)
What you'll do
Support development and validation of electrical systems across our energy storage products
Assist with schematic development, component selection, and electrical design activities
Support board bring-up, lab testing, and debugging of electrical and power electronic subsystems
Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams to ensure design integrity and continuous improvement
Collect, analyze, and interpret electrical test data to support engineering decisions
Troubleshoot electrical and integration issues using standard lab equipment

- Assist in development of test procedures and validation plans for electrical hardware
- Support prototype builds and rapid hardware iteration cycles
- Maintain detailed documentation of designs, tests, analyses, and corrective actions
- Interface closely with design, firmware, simulation, and manufacturing engineering partners
