What you'll do
Lead, supervise, and mentor electrical crews while promoting a safe,: productive, and positive work environment.
Plan daily and weekly work activities to ensure projects stay on schedule and within budget.
Coordinate manpower assignments and delegate work based on employee skill: level, experience, and project priorities.
Establish daily, weekly, and milestone job goals while tracking progress and adjusting plans as needed.
Assist with estimating labor, materials, and equipment required for upcoming projects and change orders.
Review drawings, specifications, P&IDs, blueprints, and electrical schematics: to develop work plans and installation strategies.
What they're looking for
- Perform field walks to identify project requirements, constructability concerns, and material needs.
- Prepare and submit material requests, verify deliveries, and maintain inventory to prevent project delays.
- Track, assign, and maintain accountability for company tools and equipment: issued to crew members, including tool inventories, inspections, and replacement requests.
- Coordinate equipment, tools, and resources necessary to complete work safely and efficiently.
