Founded in 2017, we’re delivering low-cost and large-scale energy storage and producing battery materials in the U.

What you'll do

  • Lead, supervise, and mentor electrical crews while promoting a safe,: productive, and positive work environment.

  • Plan daily and weekly work activities to ensure projects stay on schedule and within budget.

  • Coordinate manpower assignments and delegate work based on employee skill: level, experience, and project priorities.

  • Establish daily, weekly, and milestone job goals while tracking progress and adjusting plans as needed.

  • Assist with estimating labor, materials, and equipment required for upcoming projects and change orders.

  • Review drawings, specifications, P&IDs, blueprints, and electrical schematics: to develop work plans and installation strategies.

What they're looking for

  • Perform field walks to identify project requirements, constructability concerns, and material needs.
  • Prepare and submit material requests, verify deliveries, and maintain inventory to prevent project delays.
  • Track, assign, and maintain accountability for company tools and equipment: issued to crew members, including tool inventories, inspections, and replacement requests.
  • Coordinate equipment, tools, and resources necessary to complete work safely and efficiently.
