What you'll do
Lead daily fabrication tasks, manage shop workflows, and maintain build and: delivery schedules for custom industrial control panels.
Review, redline, and provide feedback on electrical schematics, layouts, and: drafting quality to optimize designs.
Provide accurate time and material estimates for new equipment builds and system upgrades.
Troubleshoot complex process or equipment issues and maintain/upgrade existing control system infrastructure.
Onboard, train, and mentor entry-level technicians in fabrication and electrical standards.
Oversee and maintain control shop parts and component inventories.
What they're looking for
- Strong electrical aptitude with demonstrated experience working on industrial: equipment and manufacturing processes.
- Hands-on experience wiring 480V power systems as well as complex low-voltage controls and instrumentation.
- Practical knowledge of UL508A requirements, NEC, and NFPA 79 standards.
- Proven mechanical layout precision, metal cutting capability, and experience: with stud welding or light welding for control cabinets.
