What you'll do
End-to-End Infrastructure Deployment: Oversee the hyper-accelerated planning, design, utility interconnection, and construction delivery of EV charging stations (with a heavy focus on high-power DC Fast Chargers) across global multi-site portfolios, driving schedule compression without sacrificing safety
Rapid-Deployment Standardization: Develop modular, prefabricated site: archetypes and standardized construction playbooks in the US to enable immediate, turn-key local execution and repeatable regional rollouts. Oversee Rapid Deployment Supplier Standards: Spearhead the evaluation, qualification, and operational launch of new international equipment manufacturers (OEMs) and component suppliers, ensuring compliance with global and domestic production standards
US-Based Programming Blueprint: Design and anchor the primary technology, hardware specifications, and programming protocols within a centralized US-based framework, exporting this blueprint globally to ensure plug-and-play compatibility and operational uniformity
Supply Chain Resilience: Mitigate global logistics risks by establishing dual-sourcing strategies, secure component pipelines, and localized assembly partnerships to safeguard rapid deployment schedules
Stakeholder & Vendor Management: Act as the primary liaison with utility companies, government agencies, and internal cross-functional partners (e.g., Facilities, IT, Finance, Legal). Oversee vendor teams responsible for project delivery, maintenance programs, and financing
Reporting, Policy, & Compliance: Monitor industry trends, relevant policies, and electrical standards. Establish KPIs, analyze charging utilization data, and create comprehensive reports for executive leadership to measure environmental impact and system performance.
What they're looking for
- BA/BS degree in Electrical Engineering, Project Management, Energy Management, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in electric vehicle (EV): infrastructure deployment, with specific expertise in deploying and maintaining DCFC chargers and electrical systems
- At least 2+ years of experience in a management or leadership role
- Proven track record of managing complex, multi-site charging station projects: from inception through commissioning, including navigating utility interconnections and securing permits
