What you'll do
Audit employee-facing pages, websites, FAQs, guides, and policies.
Write and edit onboarding guides, templates, FAQs, and how-tos.
Set consistent tone, voice, and format across content.
Organize content so employees can find answers.
Fix pages and processes when something isn't working.
Track usage and feedback to see what’s working and what isn’t.
What they're looking for
- Coordinate with HR, Talent, on shared content.
- to 5 years in writing, content, or program coordination.
- Strong, clear, creative writing and editing skills.
- Comfort building style guides and content standards.
